Gym Day. I successfully convinced The Boyfriend to join the Body Jam (mixture of Street Jazz and Hiphop) and Body Balance (mixture of Yoga, Taichi, and Pilates) classes yesterday. I couldn’t help but giggle when I saw him shaking his ass during the dance class. It was extremely tiring but fun to experience both with him.
I have also completed my Christmas Challenge card last night and I was the first to complete it!!! *throws confetti* The coaches were so psyched, they posted my card up the corkboard at the gym. Haha!
The whole point of the gym challenge card was to stay in shape during the holidays by completing the gym workouts in the card—kind of like that Starbucks promo card where you collect stickers to get a planner.
Yay to us for starting our year by sweating it out. You should, too!
